Shipping
We ship within Thailand and to many other countries. The delivery price is shown before you pay. Orders are usually sent within 3 business days. Import taxes or duties outside Thailand are paid by the buyer.
Returns & refunds
If you are not happy with your Airconet, you can return it unused in its original box within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If a device is faulty, contact us and we will repair or replace it under warranty.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
