Delete your Airconet account

In the app: open Settings → Delete account.

Here: enter your Airconet email and password and press Delete my account.

This deletes your account, your devices and rooms, timers, scenes, usage history, Home/Away settings, push tokens and the Alexa link. Family members you invited keep their own (empty) accounts. It cannot be undone. The data is removed from our servers right away. Order records are kept only as long as tax law requires.

Can't log in? Email app@airconet.net from your account's email address and we will delete it for you.
