Set up your Airconet
Plug in
Place the Airconet near the AC and plug it in. Hold its button until the blue light blinks fast.
Open the app
Log in or create an account, then tap Add device. Your phone must be on the 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi password
Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Start. All blinking devices appear – choose the ones to add.
Teach your AC
When the light is steady, press any button on your AC remote, pointed at the Airconet. Then name each AC.
Questions & answers
The blue light does not blink fast
Hold the button on the Airconet until the blue light blinks fast. This is setup mode. Then start Add device in the app.
The app does not find my device
Your phone must be on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (5 GHz does not work), the password must be correct and the device must blink fast. On iPhone, allow “Local Network” for Airconet in Settings. Turn off any VPN. Then tap “Search for more devices”.
Can I add several ACs at once?
Yes. Put all of them in setup mode (blue light blinking fast) and start Add device once. Each device appears in the list as it joins your Wi-Fi.
The AC does not react
Make sure the Airconet can “see” the AC like a remote, and point your AC remote at it once to teach it again (Details → learn).
How do I share with my family?
In the app go to Settings → Family → Invite and send the code. Family members join with Settings → Family → Join a home.
Can I use a computer?
Yes – open the web dashboard and log in with the same email and password as the app.
